It literally means “under voice” but can be translated as “soft voice”.

The Haven Carbon is the crown jewel of our All Mountain handlebar line. This thing is 711-millimeters (the perfect width for aggressive trail riding) and only 175 grams! But the minimal weight is only half of the beauty of the Haven Carbon. The most impressive attributes are the strength, stiffness and durability. Thanks in part to a tough blend of composite material and Eastons own TaperWall technology, the Haven Carbon is the strongest bar in its category. Nine-degree sweep and 5-degree upsweep put your hands in the perfect positions for attacking the trail and the low, 20-millimeter rise complements the tall front-ends of modern trail bikes. The GR2 features a composite 3-finger bar end with anti-slip rubber inserts. Its size and shape are ideal for small to medium sized hands (Size S: 6.5 – 8.5) as well as for medium to larger sized hands (Size L: 8.5 – 10.5). The bar end and the grip platform can be independently adjusted for the correct support angle and provides the perfect fit for your individual riding style.

Just like the Service Course SL-80 the Service course 80 has a drop shape with the features most asked for by fitters and pros alike. Zipp tuned the ramp angle to bring the brake hoods up without the need to roll the bar up. This makes the bar more comfortable and better compatible with today’s brake levers. We also made sure that the drops are a viable hand position.

Stiff, light and strong, the Maxim ACS embodies all the qualities we strive for in our Alloy Competition Series. Because we use a high grade aluminum alloy and an aggressive design we’re able to offer a bar that is stiff, strong and durable but still weighs in between 20 to 40 grams lighter than our competitors’ bars. Over the last few years the compact design has become the most popular on the market and we decided to use this shape for two reasons. First, the compact design will fit the greatest number of riders and second the tight design produces a much stiffer, stronger bar. We’ve also given the Maxim ACS a 4Degree flare at the ends. This creates a more natural position in the drops, allowing riders to spend more time in the aero position before fatiguing and also provides clearance for the forearms while sprinting. The ovalized, ergonomic tops of the Maxim ACS greatly increase comfort and a slight groove in the underside of the bar helps facilitate cable routing. Packed with features at a weight that rivals some popular carbon bars, the Maxim ACS is cycling’s new go to handlebar.
